How to Sign Up For PharmaConnect

Follow the instructions below to set up PharmaConnect on your mobile device or computer.

Setup Using the PharmaConnect App

Download the TELUS PharmaConnect App
- Available on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Create a New Account
- Answer a few simple questions and set up a password.
- Ensure you use the same information you have on file at the pharmacy.
Link Your PharmaConnect Account to Your Prescription Profile
- After logging in, click the "Link your account now" button.
- Link to "Pharmachoice #5844 - Med+ Pharmacy".
- Select the option "I have a code from my pharmacy".
Get Your Personal Registration Code
- To complete the setup, contact Med+ Pharmacy to receive your unique registration code.

Visit PharmaConnect website online
- Go to PharmaConnect.ca in your web browser
Create a New Account
- Answer a few simple questions and set up a password.
